Bootcamp mixes strength, cardio, HIIT and other fun activities. The training uses public spaces and our fitness equipment.
Train with locals to stay motivated and make new friends. Sessions can be modified for the individual with exercises made harder or easier for different fitness levels within the group.

Training/Yoga mat, towel and water bottle are recommended for each session.
We generally have about 6 to10 people at each session. We like to keep it small so we can pay attention to you. Our maximum group size is 16.
Adults of all ages are welcomed. You are never too old!
Under 12 will be considered on a case by case basis.
You can stop the direct debits for following month but the monthly fee for current month is non refundable.
Payment are made by Direct Debit or Credit Card.
Bootcamp clients may receive a discount on our other services.
